Roots vacuum pump is based on the principle of dual-rotor movement, mainly including the following steps: suction process: When Roots vacuum pump starts to work, two rotating Roots impeller bite each other, and through the rotation to drive the gas inhalation. In this process, gas is drawn from the air intake into the pump. Loosening process: When the gap between the convex part of the Roots impeller and the internal gas container is close to the minimum, the contact between the convex part of the impeller and the groove is strong, sealing the gas in the container. Exhaust process: The Roots impeller continues to rotate, and the gap between the impellers gradually becomes larger, resulting in the gas in the container being pushed to the exhaust port. In this process, gas is expelled from the pump. Re-suction process: when the Roots impeller continues to rotate, the gas in the container is pushed out, and negative pressure will be generated, and the new gas will be inhaled again. Through this cycle process, Roots vacuum pumps can continuously inhale and expel the gas, thus achieving the generation of vacuum.
