Application
Pneumatic conveying
Roots blowers can transport powder in two ways:
1. This method is suitable for the case of short conveying distance and small flow rate, but the powder may get stuck in the rotating fan device, affecting the operation efficiency.
2. Indirect conveying: the Roots blower is connected to the container containing the powder, and the powder is conveyed through suction and exhaust. By controlling the suction speed and exhaust speed of Roots blower to adjust the conveying speed of powder, this way is suitable for long conveying distance and large flow rate.
The principle of the Roots blower conveying powder is: the rotor of the Roots blower rotates, so that the low pressure area in the Roots blower is generated, and the powder will be inhaled by the air flow.
