The principle of desulfurization pneumatic conveying in power plants mainly relies on the working principle of high-pressure fluidized fans.
In the desulfurization process of power plants, the high-pressure fluidized bed fan works according to its principle, that is, when the impeller rotates, the wind vane promotes the gas to move forward and outward due to the centrifugal force, forming a series of spiral movements. The air between the impeller blades accelerates in a spiral shape and squeezes the gas outside the pump body into the side groove (sucked in through the suction port). After entering the side channel, the gas is compressed and then returns to accelerate and rotate again between the impeller blades. As the rotation progresses, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, causing the gas pressure passing through the side channel to further increase. Finally, when the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge flange, the gas is squeezed out of the blades and discharged from the pump body through the outlet muffler. This process utilizes the principles of aerodynamics, achieving the purpose of pneumatic conveying through the rotation of the impeller and the acceleration of gas compression.
In addition, the pneumatic conveying in the desulfurization process of the power plant also involves the installation of temperature detection devices in the digester, setting safe temperatures, and the use of humidifiers. The digested Ca (OH) 2 and circulating ash are fluidized and mixed evenly in a humidifier, and humidified by atomized water. Due to the good fluidity of the circulating ash, the added desulfurizer can be uniformly mixed with the circulating ash and continue to be humidified and digested, so the humidifier has good working characteristics. This technology utilizes the principle of pneumatic conveying, which guides the desulfurization reaction into the reactor through the power of fluidized air and the attraction of negative pressure in the flue
