What is Tri lobes Roots Air Blower?
A three lobe Roots air blower is a double bladed synchronous rotatory compression machinery, with each three bladed rotor supported by two bearings and a pair of synchronous gears to keep the relative position of the two rotors constant. The air enters the fan through the intake muffler, and the two impellers inside the casing maintain a certain meshing gap with each other. Through synchronous gear belt action, the inhaled gas is pushed from the inlet to the outlet at a constant speed in reverse rotation, overcoming the resistance of high-pressure gas on the outlet side. It is forced out of the unit through the pressure relief valve, elastic joint, exhaust muffler, and one-way valve, achieving the purpose of conveying gas.
